The Sunset Cocktail Bar
Drinks made properly, 150 metres up, with the whole west coast in front of you. We pour from midday through golden hour, until 21:00.
Most of Koh Phangan’s sunset bars are on the sand. This one is a cocktail bar on a ridge above the jungle, so the sun goes down over the water in front of you rather than behind the next beach along — and you can stay for dinner without moving.

Come up just for a drink
Plenty of people ride up for the sunset and a cocktail and nothing else, and that is a lovely way to spend an hour — book the 17:00–18:30 window and you will have a table with the whole coastline in front of you.
Golden hour is our hour
We pour from midday through to 21:00, so the afternoon and the whole of the sunset belong to you. Start early, stay for the light, and let the evening unfold from there — the sunset guide has more on timing it well.
