A stunning and very relaxed sunset spot with chill music. Excellent, attentive service. We ordered a total of seven different dishes, all of which were delicious. The ceviche is especially recommended, as is the sourdough bread. Great value for money.

Truly an incredible place, not to be missed! Their new menu is delicious and their cocktails are really good! The servers are so friendly; they even lent us a Uno game when they saw us playing with dice! The service was super fast, and what can I say about the view? 😍

The restaurant is located up on the mountain, and the view overlooking the island is absolutely stunning — especially during sunset. The atmosphere there is super relaxing and unique… I had a beer and ordered the fried zucchini, which was really tasty. The service was also great, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The pool was closed, probably because of the rain, but it still looked amazing.

Why Wild-Caught, Never Farmed

Nothing we serve comes from a farm or a factory, so we sit outside the industrial system where the overwhelming weight of animal suffering actually is. And the catch is landed by boats working off this island, so the money stays with families here and keeps a small-boat fishery viable. There are substantial health benefits as well when comparing wild-caught to farm-raised seafood — the omega-3 balance and the absence of antibiotics — which the questions below go into. We cover the sourcing in more depth in the sourcing guide, and why a plant-based kitchen serves fish at all in the seagan guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you serve farmed fish?

No. We strictly serve only wild-caught fish and seafood. We never use farmed shrimp or cage-raised fish. This is a core principle of our restaurant.

Where does your seafood come from?

Our seafood comes from local Koh Phangan markets, sourced daily from fishermen who practice traditional sustainable fishing. We select the freshest catch each day.

Can vegans and seafood eaters share a table?

Two-thirds of the menu is entirely plant-based and one-third is wild-caught seafood, with no land meat anywhere. Vegans and seafood eaters order from the same list, at the same table.

What does a seafood dinner cost?

Dishes range from THB 150–520, depending on the catch. Two courses for one person typically comes to between 500 and 800฿ before drinks.

Is wild-caught fish healthier than farmed?

On some measures, and the reason is feed. Farmed fish eat formulated pellets built largely on vegetable oils, which pushes their fat towards omega-6; wild fish eat smaller fish, crustaceans and algae — the original source of the long-chain omega-3s EPA and DHA. Farmed fish are usually fattier overall, so a farmed fillet can carry as much total omega-3; what differs is the balance. Wild fish are also leaner, higher in protein per gram, and have received none of the antibiotics used to manage disease in dense pens.

Is your seafood sustainable?

Yes. We work with local fishermen who practice traditional, sustainable fishing methods. No industrial trawling, no overfishing practices, and no antibiotics.

What's the best time to come for seafood?

Arrive between 17:00 and 18:30 for the sunset window — the freshest of the day’s catch alongside the 180° panorama. We close at 21:00.
